Greetings

Welcome on the website of Can Touch Disc tournament. The prior aim of this ultimate event is to deepen the relationship between the ultimate clubs of the Eastern European region. In line with this goal we preinvited teams from Austria, Ukraine, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Poland, Bulgaria and Croatia but we are defenitely awaiting registrations from any other countries. If your club wants to participate in a real international indoor competition in the midst of the winter, read the below summary and follow the instructions under registration subtitle. Before confirming your team’s registration pay special attention to the information regarding energy crisis.

Registration

The registration is open from 1 Nov to 10 Dec and any team can apply on the tourney’s Ultimate Central platform.

The registrations are accepted in submission order. In case the number of registered teams exceeds 20 the new applicants will be placed on waiting list.

Payment

We only accept wire transfer, that is the fees are payable to our bank account in advance until 3 January. (This date equals to the team roster submission deadline.) In case your team requires CTD catering and/or CTD accommodation (see below in details) your team must pay the food and accommodation price along with the players fee.

Fees

– federation fee: 10.000,-HUF/team (26 EUR)

– players fee: To be decided later. Last year it was 12.500 HUF/player (32,5 EUR).

Location

The tournament will take place in the gym of Bocskai István Primary School of Hajdúböszörmény which is located in the city center shown on the tournament map. If more than 13 teams register to the tournament we will organize the games in two or three locations. The second option is the Széchenyi István Secondary School of Hajdúböszörmény which is 15 minutes far from the primary  school.

Saturday Night Party

We will organize a party in the ZenBurger Cafe which is located in the city center, one minute walk from the Bocskai Gym. CTD’25 participants can also order their dinner in the Cafe at a discounted price. We will receive their special offer at year end. Once we have the menu we will inform the registered teams.

Accommodation

The participants are allowed to sleep in the Bocskay gym. In this case you need to bring your own sleeping bag and polifoam. If your team is looking for a bit more convinient accommodation we recommend the youth hostel of Széchenyi István Secondary School but you can find other opportunities online (e.g. booking.com). Please take note that if you choose non CTD accommodation you have to organize the booking for yourself and you have to discuss the payment conditions with the service provider.

In case your team chooses the CTD accommodation you have to indicate your team’s needs by sending the information to freebees.debrecen@gmail.com along with the roster and you have to pay the accommodation with the players fee until 3 January. Catering

This year we offer box breakfasts prepared by REAL Shop and dinner in Halászcsárda Restaurant (let’s call it CTD catering) but you can find other options online. Please take note that if you choose non CTD catering you have to shop, order for yourself.

In case your team chooses the CTD catering you have to indicate your team’s needs by sending the information to freebees.debrecen@gmail.com along with the roster and you have to pay the food price with the players fee until 3 January.
